No SOWs, no monthly retainers.
Most first cockpits land between $3,500 and $8,500, one-time flat fee (not monthly). We size it at the kickoff call after the discovery — the number is the number, no scope-creep invoices, no surprise change orders. Hosting is whatever the actual cloud cost is (usually $30-60/mo, pass-through). After the first cockpit ships, you decide whether to keep iterating, and at what cadence. Most operators do one big push then a smaller monthly evolution; some just take the cockpit and run.
What's NOT in the model: no $50K enterprise SaaS commitments, no per-seat pricing scaling, no "professional services" line items you don't understand, no MSAs to sign before we'll talk. Operators run on cash flow. We price to respect that.
