→ The why

One civilian who owes this country something.

VetSource is built and run by Ivan Svedov, founder of Heisenbug, with domain expertise from a Marine who knows the system from the inside. Neither of us are vets. The site exists because the path from "I need help" to actually getting it shouldn't take twelve hours of phone tag, a half-broken government portal, and a war story for every gatekeeper.

The right phone number, the right form, the right local program — on the first try. That's the whole product. No SaaS, no upsell, no subscription, no premium tier. The build is funded out of pocket. It will stay that way.

VetSource is built on the same toolkit as every other Heisenbug cockpit — single-file frontend, fast on a five-year-old phone, offline-capable, accessible, no dependency on a server we might shut off in three years. The catalog charges for that toolkit. This one doesn't. Same engine, different posture.
