Built operator-by-operator · one cockpit at a time

Software that fits the way you actually run the business.

Most operator software is generic SaaS bent into your shape. Heisenbug builds the opposite — a custom-fit cockpit for your industry, your team, your accounts. The same workflow your business already runs on, but in one screen instead of seven browser tabs.

Heisenbug — vertical software for operators
→ The thesis

We build operator cockpits — the daily-driver software that runs a single business.

Each cockpit is custom-fit to one industry, one workflow, one set of accounts the operator actually uses. Not generic SaaS reshaped at signup. Not a CRM bolted to an inventory tool bolted to a marketing app. One screen, one login, one place where your work lives — built around how you and your team already work, not around what some Silicon Valley product team thought you should do.

We ship in weeks, not months. The first version is in the operator's hands within 7-10 days, refined live based on what's wrong, expanded as the business needs more.

→ How we build

We start with one operator, one industry, one cockpit. We build what they wished existed. We ship it. We watch them use it. We fix what's wrong. Then we propagate the working pieces to adjacent industries.

Flat fee, fast build, no platform lock-in.

Most first cockpits land between $3,500 and $8,500, one-time flat fee (not monthly, not subscription). Sized at the kickoff call, no scope-creep invoices. First working version in 7-10 days. After that you decide whether to keep iterating, at what cadence, or just take it and run.

No SOWs. No monthly retainers locked in. No per-seat scaling. No "professional services" line items you don't understand. Hosting is whatever the actual cloud cost is, pass-through (usually $30-60/mo).
